Make A Fresh Save

Since cheats disable Achievements and Trophies in the game, you”ll need to make sure you have a save point to return to once you”re done using them. Save your game before using the codes.

Open the Cell Phone Menu

You need to access Niko”s phone in order to activate these GTA 4 cheats. Press UP on your d-pad or keyboard, which lets you use the phone.

Dial the Cheat Code

In order to activate the cheat, dial the relevant code as if you were calling a number in-game. To bring up the dial pad of your cell phone you need to press UP once more. Once you”ve entered the whole code, call the number.

Cheat Entry Successful

Having followed this guide and entered the cheat code number correctly, you should get a notification that it is now active.
