Đang xem: Bulk material là gì
Bulk material not allowed for items relevant to costing
Message no. 29127
Diagnosis
You are processing an item which is relevant to costing and want to set the indicator for bulk material.
Bulk material can be made directly available at work centers. However, as it is only of low value in small quantities, costing of bulk material for orders is not supported.
Therefore you cannot set the indicator for this item.
How to overcome from this error message.
Thanks
Ally

Ally,
When you create the Bulk Item in the BOM, try instead to create with an item category of “Non-Stock” item (N).

Hi
You can not have Bulk and costing at some time. Bulk materials are bought at seperate cost head and you need to sit with finance for more understnading. But we donot maintain BULK for any compoenent which could have cost impact in assembly.
You can try below solution.
If u have a material which is consumed once in every 4-5 month then why don”t you maintain an alternative BOM for the same and then create production version for the same and assign to material. Like V001 for main BOM where the component used once in every 4-5 month is not maintained and another Version V002 for the component used every 4-5 month.
But then I would like to know about const impact of using this component once in every 4-5 month. Are you going to use this for cost detmination.
Do let me know if you have any doubts.

Hi,
Bulk material is the material which u always procure in larger quantity and have lesser cost (negligable value) example nuts, bolts, grease, etc.
Bulk material are always issued to cost center with movement type 201.
Ckeck this user exit COPCC004 it can help you considering cost of bulk materiaL. Functional Module EXIT_mister-map.comLKKEX_001: Inclusion of Bulk Material Items in Product Costing.
