I”ve seen many new reports of AVG users still experiencing this issue when trying to launch the game:
WinLicense: A debugger has been found running in your system.
Please, unload it from memory and restart your program.
Posted this as a reply to a number of relevant threads in the Bug Reports section, but many have not seen it (or looked for it).
On the upper right of the AVG user interface, go to Options.Select Advanced Settings.In the Advanced Settings menu, click Exceptions.Select Add Exception.Pick the type of exception (application or file, folder, url) and add the file path.Be sure to click Apply toward the bottom right.
( With a default installation, the path will be C:Program Files (x86)NCSOFT
I also added C:Program Files (x86)NCSOFTBnSinClient.exe )
Hopefully this helps, and maybe one of the moderators can pin this since it seems to be an ongoing issue with many duplicate posts.

it doesnt fix my problem
i have restart my computer a lot of times i have done what you say , i have update windows 7 and also avg antivirus
and the problem dont desapear plis help me
